why you can't stick with your Plan - LUFF Ep 2
Life changing
if you read this type of content you are not normal.
you set for yourself new goals for the years and start.
a new routine
a new monk mode
a new habit tracker
to achieve your goals but after a month or even 2 or 3 weeks, you completely forget and lose your path...
No matter how hard you try you just can't stick to your plan. THAT YOU MAD TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL.
and you start to think... well maybe I didn't plan my habit tracker or routine well.
and I need a new one... and you make a new plan.
but guess what?
the cycle repeats itself. again and again.
worst yet: after some time you are aware of this... and it can damage your self-esteem.
but don't worry the problem is not you and your plan.
it's all about your identity. just think about it for a minute.
you have the same identity but you expect to have a new behavior and habits.
just look at that
That is the reason why you can't stick up with your plan... and
that’s why you always relapse.
It's very simple to understand.
your plan where never the problem, it was your identity.
you need to set a new identity for yourself first, after you know exactly who you need to become.
That's the right order and you will make way faster progress.
A lot of successful people did it just like that. like Iman Gadzhi, Sam Ovens, and Charlie Morgan.
I'm sure you know at least one of them... they all come from nothing and were regular people.
and now they are all millionaires.
this will take months or even years.
you have to do it daily... that should be your most important habit. it's more like building a new character like in a video game.
Vision board
This vision board contains a lot of things like different sections of text and two sections of image and it's better if we have everything in one place.
the best software is Miro for us in this case... you can write there, and upload images in place. and you have endless freedom.
if you don't know how Miro works, just watch some tutorials on YouTube…
I design this vision board like a video game... to make it more fun for you.
you level up as add more action to your vision board, every simple rule
And here is the leveling system
leveling system
That's the most important section of this Ep.
as you level up you improve and it's important to take your time and think as you level, through the vision board
starting with level 0 your current self
At this level, you need to write down where are you right now.
base on your skills, your beliefs, and your characteristics.
why this 3...
they define you as a person.
and I talk about this in the last ep.
level 1 new version/identity
now write down who you need to become and
what beliefs, skills, and characteristics you need.
take your time writing them it's your future.
not some random homework from school
level 2 vision
This part is very important
only writing is not enough, we need something better something stronger
we need images so we can visualize our future thats very strong.
for example, you put the image of your
-dream lifestyle.
-people who you look up to/your idol, it can be a character from your favorite show to
-if you do not have a partner put an image of your dream partner
-your dream house
-your dream car if you are a car guy
That image should trigger your emotions... it doesn't matter what it is, if don't trigger your emotions then is the wrong image.
That is what makes images so powerful.
by doing this you will have clarity
level 3 anti-vision
now you do the same thing
but what if everything went wrong?
what if you didn't achieve your goal?
worst case senior
and again those images need to trigger emotion if it doesn't do that this is useless.
level 4 What is a perfect day in your life look like, in your current season of life?
write done what is the the perfect day for you.
how did you spend your time, on which task and how much progress have you made to achieve your goal?
when you go to sleep you feel proud of yourself, you think you kill the day. I want tomorrow to be the same.
again more clarity... the more you know the better it is.
level 5 set a daily habit for yourself with as much detail as possible.
focus on the things that matter.
everything is unnecessary think that doesn't align with your goal you should cut it off.
I'm talking to the person with the 3-hour-long morning routine
I'm talking to the person who rather wants to feel that he/she is working hard rather than working hard.
Don't be like them... be better.
level 6 create a video for your future self
to capture a moment for your future
this video will be more valuable than gold
imagen 10 years from now and you can watch what was your vision for the future.
but that is not a regular video... that is a video where you talk about your goal, your plan, how you want to achieve it.
Imagine you can show that to your future kid.
level 7 tracking your day
after this level is all about tracking,
At this level, you only track your day... if it was a
-great day
-good day
-ok day
-bad day
base on your performance ( how much progress have you made toward your goal)
try to have as much of a great and good day as possible
of course, there will be a bad day... absolutely.
but try to equal it with a great day.
level 8 tracking your daily habit... and your main task.
Set up your daily habits and your main task for the day.
ending
you don't need to copy everything, just take it as inspiration… if you have any ideas you can add them.
this ep is life-changing... it's only for people who are willing to put in the work, if you read that far I'm sure you are one of them.
until ep 3

take care
